My husband’s a Napolitano pizza chef and he’s had his eye on this oven for ages. The performance of this oven has passed all our expectations -heats up to an impressive 500c quickly and cooks pizza to perfection in around 90sec. The rotating stone is a game changer and the hidden flame underneath ensures that the base is cooked perfectly. Bespoke Backyards gave us very prompt and attentive service, which is very rare these days. We’re very happy with our purchase !

The primo large gill is fantastic! As described delivered to the front door fast. The people at Bespoke were great too, they called to make sure I’d selected the right item and to let me know the more about the grill and if I needed any other help or accessories. Whole transaction was a pleasure.

From the start of my order to the delivery of my product I had a good experience my only concern would be before I decided on this water feature I listened to the sound of the water running down the fountain you could distinctly hear the water and that is what I wanted tranquil sound on receipt of product I have not achieved this sound non the less I am happy with the Aegean fountain.

The oven works very well once you master the process. Your dough is exceedingly important. Don’t have it to wet or the toppings will burn while you wait for the base to cook. When you launch the pizza, turn the flame down to half. Rotating the wheel is vital. Stone must be 370 degrees. Use a surface thermometer to monitor the stone heat, don’t rely on the inbuilt thermometer for a this aspect. Stone takes approximately 20 minutes to reach 370 degrees.

Bought an outdoor projector screen off them. The lady on the phone was patient and knowledgeable while she helped me figure out what I needed. Shipping was lightning fast too; got to regional Queensland in a couple of days!

Purchased this pizza oven on a Sunday received in country Vic Thursday can’t do much better than that. Fired it up for the first time tonight. Wow, what a game changer. Took 32 mins to get to temp but I wasn’t ready so at 45 mins started cooking. Made the pizza on the peel and launched it while the stone was spinning no problem. It was an Aussie style Ham and pineapple so I dropped the flame in the main burner so the toppings wouldnt be underdone got them cooked beautifully and the edges not overdone just nicely leopard spotted. By the time I had that one sliced and served and the next with the lot ready to go the oven was back to temperature. Rinse and repeat 3 more times and everybody was eating within 20mins. I’m sure I can get faster but as a first firing it was bloody good. My last pizza oven was a home built solid brick that took 8 hours to come up to temperature could cook 15 16” pizzas at a time(or a whole pig) and stayed hot through to the next night. But having downsized and not building anymore this Witt will do the job I need it for.

On our first use of the Ziipa wood fire pizza oven we found it wasn’t holding temperature and we had to continuously add pellets. Bespoke backyards listened to our concerns and suggested we try the pellet hopper and scoop. We punched out over 10 pizzas last weekend, 1 after the other with no effort at all. Would highly recommend adding this item to your purchase. Also the customer service from this business is the best I have ever received. 10/10

Love the look, colour and quality. Service was great. We purchased the wood fire option but have trouble keeping the temperature up. Still playing with it and trying different pellets but regret not buying the gas option.
